Playground Global- 2015 to Present
Founded by Andy Rubin, the creator of Android, Playground is a $300 Million fund for the sole purpose of backing entrepreneurs envisioning the future of the connected world through software defined hardware. Cash is king, but not a commodity. Our team has shipped breakthrough products and built fundamental companies. Now, we are dedicated to building a firm that serves the next generation of entrepreneurs bold enough to build hardware.
All under one roof, the Playground studio is composed of both talent and tools to handle elaborate product design, with experts in fields such as ME, EE, Software, ID, and Manufacturing Operations.
